I have carried out an experiment to determine the concentration of the urine. But they all gave me a simple device (test tube, a glass of ........)

I intend to measure the penetration of light in the urine, but I will not for the yellow urine work more clearly, but sunny. How do I measure the concentration of urine, qualitative or semi-qualitative (or quantitative) with this simple device?
