I have enclosed an IDE hard drive with 20 GB hard drive in an external hard drive enclosure.

I can not connect to my computer via USB 2.0, and appears as F: drive in My Computer. However it is not accessible and when I try to format it, Windows will always say he is not formatted completely.

Has anyone had the same problem, or if you recommend the tools to save to your hard drive?
