Century punching bag as well. I am handeling the material for my karate class and are now the object are the pockets. What would be the best hang or stand. You can access up to $ 400 is enough to buy the skates?

I would say that a hanging bag, because you are really a good shot or can be taken to press the bag in a manner and at meetings in the center with a good kick kick POWER. Nor is there any need fancy, you can make your own from a large sack full of rags or old clothes ... Have a bag expensive in the future, not make you a better fighter, is the time you meet with good form, because you have good recordings ...
But remember this is only a small part of the game.
Just go to your local sports store and buy the best you can afford ... You can always upgrade if you hold it later.
