I know that flea eggs from cats and dogs, but was what we on grass and other plants on the lawn.

Fleas can lay eggs anywhere, believe me! In addition, flea eggs remained latent, and are on vibrations. A house could sit empty for an extended period, then someone is going to hatch the eggs and bring new tenants into the chip!

No. Only dogs and cats and other animals. Thus, as children are born, they begin to eat.
